The horse. That’s why I do what I do. At competitions I couldn’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t quite right with the horses. Once I began to see it, I couldn’t unsee it - the pain and dysfunction in horses everywhere I looked. Every horse’s body tells a story that is loud and clear if you have the vision to see. Becoming certified in equine sports massage and a member of the ETAA (Equine Therapies Association of Australia) became a mission for me to do something about the pathologies I was seeing; to better not only the horse’s life but their relationship with their rider. I have practiced and studied and learned to gain the perception to understand what I was looking at. In recent years, I traded in my ribbons for wins that are less tangible but more vital. Today, my wins are correct posture, free movement, supple muscles, correct training and, most importantly - a pain free horse. No horse is the same and so no treatment can be a cookie cutter. I have become known for my “eye” and “feel”, my ability to innately understand what the horse is trying to tell me and customizing a treatment that will help them regain posture and balance in turn enhancing the individuals performance.
The retail side of my business grew organically as I found products that I believed improved a horse’s life. It was a natural progression and every product has been carefully curated to be beneficial to a horse holistically.
